Returns policy for Orange Otter purchases

 

Our wooden watches, homeware items and art prints can be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, please contact us within 7 days if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note we do not accept cancellations or returns on bespoke painted furniture, but if you are not completely happy with the item when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to love it, so will do all we can to make that happen.

For other furniture, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery, so we can discuss any problems with your purchase.

All our items are hand made so they will never have a factory-perfect finish. Instead they are made with love giving each one character. The furniture we work on is all preloved, and although we work for a clean and tidy finish, please expect some imperfections and signs of a life well lived.
